Dental Lab Technician Trainee en National Dentex

We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technician Trainee (Denture Scan & Design) opportunity at West Coast Dental Lab located in Hawthorne, CA.   

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
• Scan and design cases
• Quality check other technicians scans
• Sends Implant cases scans to design agencies for abutment
• Digital Denture setup design
• Digital Model mixer/cleanup
• All other duties as assigned.

• Computer skills
• Knowledge tooth anatomy
• Ability to articulate according to Rx
• Identify margins through Impressions
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Strong ability to read, listens, comprehend, retain and execute on written and verbal instructions
• High level of organizational skill with the ability to prioritize work
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Minimum Education and Experience Required: 

• Computer experience required
