Agency Trainer
Abrio Family Services is hiring an Agency Trainer
Abrio Care and Abrio Living are the premier providers of home care services in Arizona. We are looking for an experienced Agency Trainer. The Agency Trainer is a pivotal part of our Staff Development Team.

The Agency Trainer will develop and train our company's compliance curriculum for new hires and our existing caregivers. This position will be well-versed in providing care for seniors and people with physical and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a knowledgeable instructor who is up to date on the latest tools and resources needed to deliver engaging employee training in a classroom and online setting.
Trainer Duties and Responsibilities:
Train new hires in company-specific training (Policies & Procedures, EVV, etc.) and state-required training (Article 9, FA/CPR, Prevention & Support, DCW Training, etc.). Any other training to meet the needs of Abrio.
Mentor and support area trainers and provide training techniques by observing and co-teaching the training curriculum.
Develop and post, and enroll in training courses on our Learning Management System (LMS).
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
Develop a caregiving curriculum that includes Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
Conduct training in both English and Spanish.
*Travel to multiple locations (Phoenix, Mesa, Flagstaff, Tucson, Yuma, Kingman, Prescott & Cottonwood), including but not limited to overnight stays.*
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Have a positive, outgoing personality and customer service skills
The ideal candidate will be certified to teach First Aid, CPR, DCW, Article 9, and Prevention and Support.
Ability to assess the needs and adapt training to diverse audiences
High School diploma / GED (College degree preferred)
Excellent verbal, written, and technological communication skills
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred

Requirements:
Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency – bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
2-4 years of caregiving training, HR, or relevant experience.
Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience using remote training tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must meet the Company's minimum driving standards.
Pass background checks and be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card
English and Spanish Preferred
Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some weekends and or evenings
Flexibility, to accommodate some state-wide travel for training or other Abrio events, including weekends and evenings.
Pay: 48k to 52k
