Key Responsibilities

- Collaboration: Work with staff, volunteers, and external vendors to enhance program offerings and ensure a supportive environment for participants.
- Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments based on participant feedback and engagement metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in program development, community engagement, or a related field is typically required, with a focus on working with diverse populations.
- Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential. The ability to engage and motivate participants is crucial for success in this role.
