About Us:  Lakeland Behavioral Health, Missouri’s Leading Psychiatric Hospital and Treatment Center is seeking passionate BHA's (Behavioral Health Associate) and RN's / LPN's to work at our children and adolescent facility in Springfield, MO. Lakeland is a 208-bed facility that offers comprehensive training, dynamic leadership, and personalized support so you can achieve your greatest potential.

 

When: Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025

Time: 9a-3p

Address:  440 South Market, Springfield, MO

 

We are hiring for the below positions:

 

  • BHA 1 - 3pm-11pm shift or 11pm-7am shift  
  • FT, Part time, PRN RNs! 12 and 8 hour shifts 
  • FT, Part time, PRN LPNs! 12 and 8 hour shifts
