Who We Are

Find out more about us on our website and careers site.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the resolution of Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud cases, collaborating with internal teams, partners, and UK PSPs to ensure efficient case handling and compliance.
  • Monitor collateral accounts and limits across products (APP fraud, Cards, Direct Debits), raising requests with partners where coverage is insufficient.
  • Conduct annual reviews of partner collateral positions, assessing adequacy based on historical data, fraud trends, and Direct Debit performance.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of fraud-related collateral accounts, identifying discrepancies, raising eligible chargebacks, and reporting findings.
  • Manage and execute the repatriation of recovered funds to victims, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the development and delivery of management information (MI) and reporting related to APP collateral management, providing data-driven insights.

Who You Are

What you’ll need:

  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI and data can enhance operational efficiency.
  • Experience in payments investigations, APP fraud detection, reconciliations, or treasury operations.
  • Knowledge of UK and/or international payment schemes (e.g., Faster Payments, BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, SWIFT) and fraud risk management.
  • Awareness of financial regulations and reporting requirements, especially relating to fraud and collateral.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience investigating payment failures, exceptions, and fraud incidents.
  • Proactive approach to leveraging emerging technologies for process improvement.
  • Excellent Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
