Position: Sales Controller, Flora Professional 
Location:
Southwark, London, Hybrid

About the Position 

As Sales Controller for Flora Professional, you will lead our End User Foodservice commercial strategy across the UK, driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, and customer excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role, where you will own the full P&L and manage a cross-functional team, turning a robust sales funnel into long-term strategic partnerships, while ensuring best-in-class service for our existing customer base. 

You will be directly accountable for some of our most critical national accounts across QSR and Foodservice and in this capacity, you’ll collaborate closely with European market leaders to share insights, align strategies, and drive joint success at a regional level. 

With QSR and other End Users as a strategic growth priority for Flora Professional, proven experience in accelerating growth within this channel is essential. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of plant-based food in Foodservice, driving both commercial performance and sustainability leadership in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment. 

Key responsibilities include: 

Commercial Strategy & Execution 

  • Manage the end-user sales funnel, converting leads into long-term customers
  • Allocate resources to support complex European and global accounts
  • Develop and execute demand creation activities in partnership with Marketing
  • Deliver gross margin improvement plans through strategic pricing and mix 

Customer & Account Management 

  • Lead senior negotiations with key accounts across QSR and Foodservice
  • Build trusted relationships with procurement, culinary and commercial stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of service, retention and value creation across all accounts 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead and coach a high-performing commercial team across sales, culinary and analytics
  • Drive talent acquisition and development in coordination with the Head of Flora Professional UKI  
  • Foster a culture of accountability, resilience and continuous improvement 

 

What Does It Take to Be Successful? 

You’re a seasoned Foodservice leader with deep commercial instincts and a sharp understanding of customer dynamics. You’ve owned a P&L, led senior negotiations, and built teams that deliver results. Experience in QSR and End User growth is key — you know how to unlock long-term value in complex, fast-moving accounts. 

  • Proven success in Foodservice sales and strategic account management
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into action
  • Track record of closing high-value negotiations with win–win outcomes
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and driving performance
  • Resilient, pragmatic and outcome-focused
  • Collaborative leader with a passion for coaching and development
