Ziff Davis CNET Group offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the Client Strategy team across both operational tasks and non-key account responsibilities, freeing up Strategists to focus on high-value, revenue-generating initiatives. These responsibilities are essential to our day-to-day operations and provide a great opportunity for someone organized and detail-oriented to drive efficiency, enhance workflows, and help the team operate more smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Display Support:
Assist with the creation of client-facing screenshot decks in PowerPoint
Submit creative and asset requests to internal teams using Asana
Map client provided tag sheets to internal media plan templates
Enter finalized media plans into proprietary systems with strong attention to detail
Support pre-sale plan creation for non-key accounts using Excel
Potential to expand into post-sale support for non-key accounts

Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Client Success or related field.
Strong excel skills required for creating a pre-sales plan.
Experience required in analyzing screenshots and working with media plans.
Nice to have data analytical skills.
Proficient in Google Sheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Excellent communication and writing skills; able to craft professional internal updates
Genuine passion for digital media, technology, and branded content.
