The trainee will support the Finance Closing Solution Senior Manager in the implementation of closing solutions and initiatives aimed at improving financial closing processes. Acting in a support capacity, the role includes assisting with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and solution testing.

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager for Finance Closing Solutions, the trainee will assist in:
- Supporting the development and testing of solutions to optimize financial closing processes
- Participating in project coordination activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are tracked and met.
- Preparing documentation and presentation materials for steering committees and project meetings.
- Contributing to the definition and consistency of business requirements and user stories.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting key indicators to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with finance and IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

We are looking for a trainee with:
- Initial experience or strong interest in contributing to finance transformation projects, ideally involving ERP systems such as SAP.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, including participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
- Familiarity with financial and operational data, with the ability to analyze and synthesize meaningful insights.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
