Job Details

Position Summary:

MarshBerry is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter for our Beachwood, OH office. The Senior Recruiter will lead full cycle recruiting across multiple positions, locations and business units. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join MarshBerry, ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will assist with developing and executing the hiring strategy to support MarshBerry’s growth initiatives. The Senior Recruiter will identify qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing, utilizing innovative techniques to identify candidates for current and future openings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for entry to leadership level roles across all business units and locations globally.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies for positions. Provide hands-on full cycle recruitment including conducting intake meetings, posting positions, passive and active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for openings at all levels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline with diverse, qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment technologies. Ensure inclusive hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other functions within HR (HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, etc.) to deliver effective client service to the business.
  • Lead projects to enhance recruiting and onboarding processes through implementing best practices, leveraging technology, and process efficiencies.
  • Represent MarshBerry at industry events, career fairs, college recruiting events, and networking functions to promote employer brand.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Promote continuous learning and professional development with the team. Serve as a Leader within the HR Team, setting a positive example for HR team members and all MarshBerry colleagues.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and to support data-driven decision making. Develop and deliver regular reporting.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of hires through completing onboarding checklist tasks. Advise hiring managers on onboarding process and expectations.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

 

Selection Criteria

Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or related field required. Human Resources or recruiting designations are a plus.
  • 5-7+ years of Human Resources experience with a minimum of three years of full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience. Recruiting experience within financial services is preferred.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring senior-level talent in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to identify top talent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.  
  • Strong client service skills using a consultative approach.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
