Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $67,000 – $71,500 per year + up to 15% annual bonus (paid quarterly)

We’re currently hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician for a billion-dollar startup operating globally in the corporate housing space (think “Airbnb for business travel”). In this role, you’ll take ownership of apartment turnovers, supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams, and ensure top-notch readiness for incoming guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full property turnover and apartment preparation process.
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping and maintenance team members.
- Perform detailed inspections prior to guest check-ins.
- Ensure units are fully functional, including furniture setup, technology installation, and minor repairs.
- Maintain inventory, tools, and company vehicles.
- Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Proficient with basic handyman and maintenance tasks (painting, repairs, assembly).
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active throughout the workday.
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in Slack, G Suite, and mobile apps.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vans.
- Available to work Saturday through Monday, plus two additional weekdays.
