• you maintain an overview of the further development of our products and are responsible for the roadmap, requirements management and prioritization of the backlog
• you work closely with agile development and UX/UI teams and ensure that the products are further developed in a data-driven and user-centric manner
• you manage product requirements and play a key role in the planning, implementation and monitoring of product initiatives
• you ensure that product development meets strategic goals
• you continuously analyze market trends, user needs and the competitive landscape to identify new product ideas
• you ensure transparency towards stakeholders and communicate progress in a clear and structured manner

• you have sound experience as a Product Manager in the digital environment
• you combine a high level of interest in content with an analytical and methodically sound view of user needs, solution finding and implementation
• you think entrepreneurially and make decisions based on business goals and user value
• you are characterized by analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• you are familiar with agile methods and working in cross-functional teams
• you are convincing in your cooperation with stakeholders through clear communication, negotiating skills and tact
• you are fluent in English and ideally bring some German skills with you
