The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will hold a permanent & full-time position and will work for the Champlin, MN plant in collaboration with the other international teams (United-States, Canada, Spain & Mexico).

The Day-to-Day
- Handle the forklift and pallet jack to unload incoming orders ;
- Receive incoming orders, and ensure accurate inspection of material ;
- Measure pipe spools, frames and tanks per drawings/mechanical lists ;
- Documentation collection of various forms and certificates ;
- Sort goods to bins and carts per job numbers ;
- Assure general shop housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the plant ;
- Support other manufacturing and warehouse functions as required ;
- Carry out the packaging of shipments, boxing, banding and crating.
The Skills We Are Looking for
- 2 to 3 years of experience in this position;
- Reach forklift experience ;
- Ability to read prints and use a tape measure to check dimensions ;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and general computer skills ;
- Good memory and capable of multi-tasking ;
- Be a good team player ;
- Organizational skills and attention to details.
