The Role
As an Account Executive in Canada, you will play a pivotal role in driving Heidi's growth in an expanding market. Your'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing relationships all while shaping our market presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, takes initiatives to build, and is excited to make a measurable impact.
What you’ll do
Run full-cycle sales opportunities within the Canadian market.
Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline using a mixture of warm and cold account targeting.
Leverage product usage signals to nurture existing users into sales opportunities.
Use solution-based selling to understand client needs and tailor Heidi’s platform to solve specific challenges within healthcare organizations.
Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, articulating the value of our AI products.
Execute closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to drive market growth.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as necessary.
What we look for
A minimum of 3- 5+ years of experience in software sales, ideally in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing sales cycles with high ownership and urgency in fast growth tech.
You’ll need to be impeccably sharp, omnitalented and humble.
