Primary Duty 
This position provides the opportunity and environment for an individual to develop broad, comprehensive knowledge and experience, in a plant environment, of the overall business, including but not limited to: safety, manufacturing processes and products, supervision, human resources, process improvement, engineering, finance, special projects, etc. Some overnight travel required.

Essential Functions 
Minimum Education/Experience/Physical Functions
College degree in engineering, business, or equivalent work experience in related job function. Must have five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in related job function. The position requires analytical skills and will be a major role in our improvement cycle process. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications to include Word and Excel. Must have analytical and excellent communication skills.

Decision-Making/Supervisory 
Under general direction exercises independent judgment to resolve assigned work. May lead projects and provide functional advice to others with less experience.

Scope 
This position is a developmental position designed to provide the individual with the technical aspects of the business or discipline and the environment to exercise the practical application of their education and experience. The incumbent will have the opportunity for exposure to various facets of the business and to develop an in-depth understanding of the operations/function at the region or plant level. May be responsible for a single function or project (or variations) to accelerate development.
