Are you a driven candidate with solid heavy equipment parts experience? If so, we are looking for you!  We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced heavy equipment technician candidate who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Kansas City, MO location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Data Enhancement & Cross-Referencing
• Identify and create accurate product cross-references across multiple supplier catalogs and proprietary components.
• Maintain and enrich product attributes within PIM (Product Information Management) systems.
• Ensure consistent and correct data mapping between ERP (M3) and eCommerce platforms.
• Analytics & Insights
• Build and maintain dashboards to track eCommerce performance, product engagement, and conversion trends.
• Analyze pricing, availability, and competitive benchmarks to guide online merchandising and assortment decisions.
• Partner with pricing and inventory teams to ensure alignment between online listings and internal cost/availability data.
• Production & Proprietary Offering Collaboration
• Work directly with production engineering and product managers to translate proprietary equipment components into marketable aftermarket SKUs.
• Support documentation and digital setup for new product introductions.
• Assist in developing naming conventions, part group structures, and compatibility logic for proprietary assemblies and kits.
• Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in product data workflows and recommend process or system enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity between purchasing, production, and eCommerce systems.

Education & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, product data management, or analytics (preferably in manufacturing or distribution).
• Advanced Excel / data manipulation skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP (Infor M3 or similar) and PIM/eCommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of product structures, BOMs, and manufacturing or equipment terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams. 
• Experience in the heavy-duty truck, construction equipment, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of aftermarket product structures and cross-reference methodologies.
• Familiarity with web merchandising and SEO-driven content strategy.
