Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager to join the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering team, supporting the Scope 3 Supplier Engagement Program. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the company’s 2030 Net Zero Commitment by driving supplier collaboration on emissions reduction initiatives. The successful candidate will lead efforts to engage suppliers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and support emissions data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies with selected suppliers to reduce value chain GHG emissions
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance GHG reporting maturity and improve data quality
  • Analyze supplier emissions data, targets, roadmaps, and solutions to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including procurement and supplier managers—to ensure timely project delivery
  • Scale supplier and internal initiatives to accelerate value chain decarbonization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of new and existing GHG reduction programs
  • Communicate program progress and insights effectively across internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex datasets; proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools such as Tableau
  • Deep expertise in GHG accounting, including Scope 3 emissions, supplier target setting, and maturity modeling
  • Experience in contract negotiations, supplier management, and roadmap development
  • Proven project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Strategic thinker and collaborative team player with the ability to scale sustainability initiatives across the organization
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diplomatically resolve conflicts and drive alignment
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., Sustainability, Procurement, Engineering, Business Operations)
  • Familiarity with global and sector-specific sustainability frameworks and initiatives
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure-related products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
