We're looking for someone to join our team as a Administrative Coordinator-CPSP who:
The Administrative Coordinator provides direct support to the Program Manager by overseeing and coordinating office operations. This role is responsible for personnel management, budget preparation and control, records management, and the execution of special projects to ensure efficient program operations.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluate and enhance management methods to improve workflow, streamline reporting procedures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze departmental practices, including record-keeping systems, forms control, personnel management, and budget requirements, to create or update systems.
- Research and implement strategies to improve work measurements and performance standards.
- Serve as a representative for issuing and interpreting general operating policies.
- Assist in preparing budget proposals and reports for the organization.
- Support all phases of grant research, data collection, and writing.
- Monitor clinic programs as needed.
- Maintain and update budget spreadsheets for various departments and programs.
- Assist with marketing and public relations activities as required.
- Complete special projects as assigned by executive staff.
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
- Strong writing skills are required.
- High-level proficiency in math and accounting
- Knowledge of data entry and work processing software is desired.
- Ability to create and interpret detailed reports.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
