GENERAL SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and supporting the strategic execution of SPX FLOW’s aftermarket initiatives. This position focuses on identifying and converting cold and warm leads to scheduled MMR assessments and as necessary to review findings, a no-cost service that provides customers with a comprehensive evaluation of their mixing equipment. The role requires a proactive and persuasive communicator with proven success in business development (i.e., cold calling) and lead generation. This individual will collaborate closely with field services, product management, commercial, and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of the MMR program and contribute to the overall growth of SPX FLOW’s Aftermarket business.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively developing cold and warm leads to promote the MMR (Mixer Modernization & Reliability) program and secure on-site assessment dates.
- Develop proposed listing of target facilities for MMR evaluations using SPX FLOW tools such as ZoomInfo, IIR, installed database, etc.
- Collaborating with Commercial and Field Service teams to identify and prioritize target facilities for MMR evaluations.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for MMR assessments, including gathering preliminary asset data, confirming site requirements (PPE, safety training), and scheduling visits.
- Initiate and manage follow-ups with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure post-assessment actions are understood and executed.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, scheduled assessments, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Maintain sponsor and contact lists for follow-up and normal course business use.
- Assist in tracking program KPIs and contribute to monthly dashboards and performance summaries.
- Contribute to the development and execution of promotional strategies to increase MMR program adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to align messaging and outreach efforts.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and reach of the MMR program.
- Similar activities may apply to other SPX FLOW Aftermarket Programs such as MOHR support and successful follow-up associated with annuity and turnkey opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of SPX FLOW’s aftermarket business.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to internal teams, sales representatives, and customers.
- General understanding of industrial equipment value propositions, particularly the impact of mixer reliability on production uptime and cost.
- Ability to manage and maintain organized records of customer interactions, scheduled assessments, and follow-up activities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI and SAP is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from MMR reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
