Welcome Center Associate (Part-Time) en YMCA Of Central Massachusetts

Are you reliable, enthusiastic, and personable? Do you like working with people with a focus of making their visit the most enjoyable possible? If so, the Leominster Community Branch YMCA is looking for you to join our Welcome Center team.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal/ human relations skills, including the ability to establish and maintain a positive work environment with staff, volunteers, and members and the ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner.

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, this position’s primary responsibility is for delivering the highest level of member service and telephone reception. The position is also responsible for building security and computer-related financial transactions.

The candidate must also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail and must be dependable. 

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a high school diploma and/or 12 months of customer service experience
• Exceptional human relations/interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to service
• Ability to successfully multi-task

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Opening shifts (weekdays/weekends)

Branch is open Monday through Friday, 4:45 am to 8:00 pm; Saturday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm; Sunday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
