Corporate Facilities Manager en Security Service Federal Credit Union

Performs management and supervisory functions in all facets of facility, support services, and maintenance management. Supervises facility and support services staff to include scheduling day-to-day activities, performance evaluations, and wage administration. Supervises and directs Facility Staff including, but not limited to: assigns and directs work, provides on the job training and coaching, monitors quality, quantity and service, evaluates performance and compensation. Audits building operations and ensures that the physical facilities are safety compliant as necessary on weekends. Manages and oversees overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials as well as selection of vendors.
