We are seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist with 15 or more years experience to join our team! As a Senior Environmental Scientist, you would be overseeing, planning, executing, and managing multiple projects at once in varied areas. 

The right candidate is a self-starter as they will be responsible for their projects along with collaboration and oversite of other project managers’ projects. 

Responsibilities: 

• Communicates efficiently with regulators and clients
• Mentoring/Training  employees 
• Conducting fieldwork
• Creating and writing reports when necessary
• Coordinating projects and addressing any concerns
• High level of motivation and an ability to work as a team lead or independently as part of various teams.

• ASTM E 1527-21 Phase I ESA Report Writing and oversite
• ASTM E 1903-11 Phase II ESA Report Writing and oversite
• Voluntary Action Program (VAP)
• Environmental Regulatory Compliance
• BUSTR and PUSTR processes
• Clean Water Act
• SWPPP
• SPCC  
• NPDES
• RCRA
• EPCRA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Environmental studies, Geology, or related science degree 
• A minimum of 10 years experience in an environmental project management position 
• A valid Driver's License with the ability to travel up to 25%
• Detail oriented with strong decision making skills
• Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
