Your responsibilities include:

· Repair equipment to the customers satisfaction

· Handle connectivity issues as it relates to printing from a computer

· Manage and maintain commonly used inventory

· Open and close service calls through an automated system

· Communicate daily with teammates

· Represent Smart Office Automation in a professional and ethical manner

Skills needed:

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Experience using Excel

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent Follow-up with teammates

· Ability to problem solve

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

· Strong networking and connectivity skills
