XS Brokers is a national Wholesale Brokerage/Intermediary. Our home office is located outside of Boston however one of our local satellite offices is currently located in Conshohocken however relocating to downtown Philadelphia Spring of 2026. We focus on Commercial Property & Casualty as well as Professional & Management lines coverage in this area. 

Position Title: Account Executive – Full Time

Position Description

This position is an integral link between Clients, Carriers and our internal Production Staff. They are responsible for the day-to-day handling of a current book of business as well as associated renewals. This would be a hybrid role to the Philadelphia office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day internal, client and carrier questions and account changes as well as other needs associated with their assigned book of business. 
• Prepare renewal submissions and handle quoting all renewal accounts including remarketing risks to additional carriers other than the incumbent. This role is ultimately accountable for maintaining client renewal books and will assist the new business broker in retaining as many accounts as possible. 
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required in Risk Management/Insurance 
• Must be results oriented with the ability to communicate clearly, be organized and have an attention to detail. Must also be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
