Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and technically skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of production and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in mechanical systems, electronics, PLC/logic control, and CNC machine maintenance, with the ability to quickly diagnose problems and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Mechanical Maintenance:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, conveyors, motors and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues related to production machinery and support equipment.
Electrical & Electronic Systems:
- Diagnose and repair electrical circuits, control panels, sensors, relays, and low-voltage systems.
- Perform testing and calibration of equipment and components.
- Safely work with 24VDC, 120VAC, 208VAC, and 480VAC systems.
PLC & Logic Control:
- Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and HMI interfaces.
- Modify or assist in programming logic for automated machinery.
- Read and interpret ladder logic and electrical schematics.
CNC & Automation Equipment:
- Maintain and service CNC machines, robotics, and automated production systems.
- Adjust tooling, alignments, and perform mechanical-electrical integrations as needed.
- Work with OEMs or engineering teams for diagnostics or upgrades.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades.
- Follow all company safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Respond to equipment failures with urgency and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in motors, bearings, and drive systems.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safe electrical practices.
- Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
- Experience aintaining or operating CNC machines or automation equipment.
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with safety systems such as lockout/tagout and OSHA regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience working in a high-precision or clean manufacturing environment.
- Forklift and lift certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, standing for extended periods).
- Work in environments that may be noisy, hot/cold, or involve exposure to machinery and tools.
- Availability for rotating shifts, overtime, and on-call support as needed.
