Estimated Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator will provide support across the global business with a focus on recruitment coordination for our campus recruitment program and experienced hire roles across all levels of the firm. A strong attention to detail and a desire to support a fast-paced business with competing deadlines and heavy calendar coordination is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team playing ability, and comfort playing a support role are also critical. Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Schedule candidate interviews in support of recruiting team across all departments and regions, including full-time candidate interviews, summer associate interviews, and temporary/consultant interviews
- Provide administrative and coordination support related to executing Summer Associate Program including, but not limited to, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating summer programming, and administering onboarding and other associated documentation
- Liaise with executive assistants, candidates, and third-party search firms
- Collect and manage new hire documentation in support of onboarding processes
- Facilitate background check and reference check processes for prospective new hires
- Manage the tracking of all temporary/consultant hires
- Provide administrative support on additional projects, as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven; must be able to operate with a sense of urgency
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service with a high level of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees
- 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting or campus recruiting coordination experience, preferably in Financial Services

- High ethical standards with the ability to work with discretion and maintain the highly confidential nature of all Human Resources work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to work with large data sets to support metrics-intensive initiatives
- Understands and demonstrates excellence in client service

- Is able to abide by the firm’s hybrid work arrangement policy in New York City office (4 days in-office/1 day remote)
