The Role
As the Creative Director for our Internal Brand, you’ll lead the vision and execution of bold, effective creative strategies that inspire employee connection, elevate our internal visual presence, and align our internal culture with our external brand. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Brand Enablement, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams including design, video, web, and copy, to bring powerful ideas to life. You’ll ensure our brand shows up consistently and drives impact across every facet of our internal operations, partnering closely with our recruiting team, employee events, executive communications, and operations to align creative excellence with strategic goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for a visionary who can balance strategy, storytelling, and execution.
Location: Employees are excited to work at least 3 days a week in our HQ office.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire creative teams across design, video, web, and copy to deliver innovative, high-impact work.
- Oversee campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and brand standards.
- Translate business goals into actionable creative strategies that resonate with audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure creative alignment and efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and feedback, helping team members grow in craft and strategic thinking.
- Manage creative resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, marketing, and technology to keep our creative approach fresh and forward-thinking.

What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2+ years leading creative teams preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact creative campaigns across digital, video, web, and brand platforms.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, storytelling, and brand development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, inclusive approach.
- High standards for craftsmanship and detail across all creative mediums.
- Experience using data and analytics to evaluate and optimize creative performance.
- Experience using Adobe, Canva, and DaVinci Resolve preferred.
- A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
- A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
Benefits & Compensation
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary range is $90,000-$105,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
