The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all inventory and material handling activities using NetSuite ERP and RF-Smart WMS to maintain real-time visibility and control of company assets.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders or packing slips in NetSuite/RF-Smart.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for field crews and internal departments following system workflows.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations in NetSuite to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Label and store materials within assigned BIN locations in RF-Smart, ensuring clear organization and traceability.
- Assist with warehouse transfers, returns, and RMA processing between company warehouses and field locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace through 5S and continuous improvement practices.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards, including proper PPE use and equipment operation.
- Report damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials to warehouse leadership promptly.
- Support warehouse projects, relocations, and system or process upgrades as needed.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of related experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to travel to and from all major locations in Texas.
- Forklift certified or the ability to be certified within 30 days.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel experience, is required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of natural gas or fiber optic cable infrastructure.
- Experience with NetSuite or a related software platform.
Physical demands / Work Environment:
- Job requires employee to sit for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 30lbs, grasp, carry, walk, speak, and listen.
- Work is performed mostly in a controlled office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
