Southeast Regional Office: IT Specialist

We have an opening for an IT Specialist based in our Southeast Regional Sales Office in Atlanta, Georgia. Garratt-Callahan, (www.garrattcallahan.com), is a National Industrial Water Treatment Chemical Company since 1904.

The Atlanta Regional Office provides sales support to the Southeast sales force and prepares and blends chemicals for our customers in the Southeast Region of the United States and for our Caribbean Region. Our plant is OTP West, near Fulton Industrial Blvd SW.
The position is full-time, M-F, 10 am to 7 pm. This position is in the office. The IT Specialist will configure and administer all computer and network related equipment. This includes security of all data and data transmissions.
Keep licenses up to date for network operating systems and software. Provide technical support for computer hardware and software related issues. Provide training and technical support for corporate departments and for our nationwide sales force. Manage cell phones, tablets, desktops, and printers.
QUALIFICATIONS: A B.S. degree in Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Must have network certification and some experience in a similar IT Specialist, or a similar IT Support position. Must have good communication skills and work well in a team environment.
