The Supportive Services Data Coordinator effectively manages data collection, entry, and analysis to support program operations, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and enhance service delivery within supportive housing programs.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enters, compiles and monitors data collection in Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) software and internal tracking systems. Conducts monthly ETO data audits to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
- Analyzes data to identify trends or gaps and create compelling data insights based on service delivery.
- Collects, monitors and enters programming data, client background information and third party client notes are accurate in internal systems.
- Oversees the resident grievance process from initial grievance submission to response, tracks and analyzes data collected about grievances.
- Assists the grant team by running monthly reports across data platforms and submitting by strict deadlines.
- Develops efficient procedures for collection of resident data across Supportive Housing programs.
- Coordinates the purchasing of items such as office supplies and bulk items for residents.
- Supports new staff onboarding process by maintaining new hire documentation and training information.
- Assists grant managers with maintaining appropriate client files and help with preparing for internal and external file audits. Assists grant managers with collecting and processing enrollment documents, tracking grant enrollments/exits, and outcome tracking.
- Provides general administrative support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, management, or coordination, preferably in a social services or nonprofit environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and management software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in Excel (strong knowledge of formulas including: vlookups, pivot tables, index, etc.)
- Familiarity with SAP Business Objects/BI is a plus (not required)
- Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail, precision in data entry.

Compensation
Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, Salary Range: $26.00 – 28.00/hr.
