Job Description:- Coordinate and monitor import air & ocean shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
- Update shipment status in internal systems and maintain accurate data records.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with cost entry, invoice checking, and filing documents.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Korean Bilingual
- Basic understanding or interest in international logistics or import/export process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship for this temporary role).
