We’ve created a brand-new role for a Senior Employer Brand & Campaign Management Specialist to join our award-winning People and Culture team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

This isn’t a typical role where you just follow a brief. This is a mix of hands on content generation, working closely with our people and thought leadership where you will make a genuine impact and be responsible for showing the world why Fairness Really does Feel Good.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own the evolution of our employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy
  • Create compelling content (think videos, articles, and social campaigns) that tells the authentic story of our people.
  • Lead and grow our ‘AFCA-nite’ employee advocacy program, turning our team into our best storytellers.
  • Define and track the metrics that matter, measuring the ROI of our employer brand initiatives.
  • Manage and elevate our careers channels, including our careers site, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn Life Page.
  • Build our talent pipelines through smart, data-driven CRM strategies.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving recruitment KPIs through employer brand strategies and campaign execution.
  • Experience in managing and building strong internal advocacy programs.
  • Experience in building and implementing talent attraction campaigns to nurture talent.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for creative storytelling.
