Follow-up with users to ensure timely material inspection.
Material tagging, binning, and updates in SAP.
Processing GRNs, stock transfers, and reservation postings in SAP.
Conducting physical inventory verification.
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports & Gate Pass RGP, NRGP Preparation in sap.
Experienced in stock verification and familiar with steel plant materials.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the storage area.
Coordinate with procurement, User & other departments to meet GRN Preparation and invoice processing on time.
Follow ABC, FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) practices, as applicable.
