As a Reception & Admin Assistant, you’ll help keep the office running smoothly and support your team with everyday tasks. Your role will include:
- Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk duties
- Checking and replying to emails to help with daily operations
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Helping the team with general support and answering questions
- Making sure documents are checked before being sent to clients
- Learning how to use business systems like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and D365
- Document formatting using Microsoft Office for bids, proposals, and other professional materials.
- Preparing and submitting expense claims
- Keeping the kitchen and breakout area clean, tidy, and stocked
- Basic experience using Microsoft Word. You’ll use it often to format documents
- Willingness to learn tools like SharePoint, Teams, and D365 (training provided)
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage tasks and keep things on track
- A positive, proactive attitude, happy to help and take initiative
- Able to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
- Friendly and professional when working with others
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable, approachable, and eager to grow in a supportive team
