Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
- Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, dicing, grilling, baking, boiling, frying, and sautéing
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of supply needs
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification is a plus
