Location: Birmingham, AL
Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience) + On-Call and Quarterly Bonuses

💰 What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $30–$35/hour based on experience
- Up to $1,000 in quarterly performance bonuses
- $100/week on-call stipend

🕒 Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- On-call rotation: 1 week every 3 weeks
🧰 What You’ll Do
This role is both supervisory and hands-on. You’ll lead by example while performing and overseeing:
- Work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance
- Property and grounds upkeep
- General repairs: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more
✅ What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Experience leading or mentoring maintenance staff
- Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
- Budgeting experience a plus
- HVAC certification required; EPA/CPO preferred (or willing to obtain)
