Role purpose
IDP is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead a portfolio of student placement products that are central to our global impact to shape exceptional student experiences through innovative product leadership.
This is a maternity cover role based out of Melbourne, offering a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation, enhance customer journeys, and contribute to the growth of IDP’s omnichannel student placement services.
What you'll do
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for student experience initiatives; including AI initaitives.
- Champion customer-first thinking, using data, research, and co-design to shape meaningful solutions.
- Drive commercial success through value proposition development, performance tracking, and go-to-market planning.
- Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams across product, CX, tech, and operations.
- Mentor and guide Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Proven success managing commercialized products across their lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in digital and physical service environments, ideally within education or tech.
- Leadership capabilities with a collaborative and agile approach.
