Automotive Body Painter en Labor Finders

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Surface Preparation:
• Cleaning, sanding, and smoothing surfaces to ensure they are ready for painting. 
• Mixing and Color Matching:
• Using color-matching systems to mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate results. 
• Paint Application:
  Applying coats of primer, paint, and clear coat to vehicles, ensuring the paint is even and free of runs or sags. 
• Quality Inspection
• Inspecting painted surfaces for imperfections and making necessary touch-ups or corrections. 
• Team Collaboration
• Working with other members of the auto body repair team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Keeping work area clean and organized and maintaining equipment in good working order. These responsibilities highlight the importance of attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role also requires a commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction

Minimum Experience: 2 years and must be within the last 5 years
Hourly rate $20-$25/HR
