Allergy Injection Nurse en Kansas City Allergy and Asthma Associates, P.A.

We are seeking a full time or part time nurse to join our allergy injection team. Allergy injection nurses work directly with patients on a daily basis providing therapies that greatly benefit our patient's lives. Successful nurses in this role are detail oriented, have strong clinical and diagnostic skills and enjoy regular brief interactions with patients.

Our Allergy Injection Nurses work with physicians and mid-levels to provide high quality, patient-centered care.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Delivering patient education relating to Allergy Disease Processes
• Clinical assessment and judgment during treatment administration and follow up period
• Observing and recording patient's conditions and reaction to treatments
• Supporting patient care delivery
• Following detailed instructions regarding administration as directed by physician and recording test results into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping patient care information confidential

Education & Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred

Salary Wage Range: $25-31/hr
