Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Program Manager, Workforce Culture and Inclusion, who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Program Manager, Workforce Culture and Inclusion, you will:
• Conduct benchmarking and data analysis to identify best practices that promote equal employment opportunity and inclusive workplace policies.
• Monitor and report workforce metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Evaluate policies, procedures, and programs for equity and inclusion, recommending changes that support compliance and cultural responsiveness.
• Support the internal Steering Committee and advise subcommittees on strategic priorities.
• Integrate employee feedback from engagement surveys, listening sessions, and assessments into workforce decision-making.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and hiring managers to reduce bias in recruitment, selection, and performance management processes.
• Support efforts to attract, hire, and retain a workforce that reflects the diversity of Adventist HealthCare’s communities.
• Assess and implement training and leadership development programs that promote cultural competence and inclusive communication.
• Lead programs for continuous workforce development and growth for all team members
• Partner with Human Resources and other leaders and staff across entities and departments
• Collaborate with PR/Marketing to develop and share content and promote inclusive messaging (newsletters, public releases)
• Design and/or deliver content and materials for in-person and virtual training (blended, asynchronous) with the learning team
• Create and maintain a database of training materials and outcomes (process measures and evaluation data, evidence-based)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop learning strategies and solutions
• Translate results into trends and conclusions that inform innovative practices
Qualifications include:
• Strong understanding of concepts and metrics related to diversity and inclusion, cultural competence, and bias, as well as education and training methods
• Strong understanding of EEOC, civil rights, and other legislation related to non-discrimination in the workplace
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to organize work and achieve goals and objectives
• Ability to integrate organizational strategic priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives
• Ability to analyze situations accurately, exercise judgment and discretion, and take effective action to solve problems
• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong focus on results and adept at implementing change in a large organization
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and to elicit and synthesize different ideas and perspectives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or related area with professional-level industry certification
•Minimum three to five years in developing, implementing, and managing diversity and inclusion or cultural competence programs; and evaluating and reporting outcomes required.

Pay Range:
$77,313.60 - $115,980.80If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue.
