Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional Assistant Manager for a full time position at a multi-family affordable housing community, the Village at Mitchell Pond. The Village at Mitchell Pond is sistuated near a beautiful lake and is in close poximity to essential services.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties. Pay will be commensurate with experience.

- 2+ prior property management Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant experience
- Motivated and sales oriented
- Must have good communication skills and energetic personality
- Tax credit housing experience is a plus but not required
- Admin experience is desired
- Yardi software experience desired
