Deadline for applications is November 30th.Each year-long rotation will allow you to hone your skills in different fields that are core to the development of our power projects in the US, such as engineering, construction, operations & maintenance, asset management, and project finance and modelling for our Renewable assets’, as well as flexible power generation, power purchase agreement (PPA) origination, and power market analysis for our Flexible Power Integration and Power Trading businesses. As you progress through your rotations, you will build a solid foundation to become future power energy leaders. Throughout the 3-year development program, you are encouraged to explore assignment preferences and learn about TotalEnergies’ projects and activities in the US. Your preferences are considered when assignments are finalized, along with the business' needs. You will develop your skills through training, on-the-job learning, and by receiving structured feedback and support from your supervisor and regular mentoring sessions with your Talent Developer. You will enter the program together with others in th early stages of their careers, providing a community to connect with starting on your first day. What’s next? About you Have you recently graduated with a degree in engineering/sciences or business, possess unfettered enthusiasm for power and have the desire to be part of the energy transformation? Then read on! You have or expect to have by June 30, 2026, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of engineering, science, or business. You must graduate prior to the first day of this program (July 1st).Ideally, you also have a minor in Finance or Economics. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 - please upload your most recent transcript as part of your applicationYou have demonstrated enthusiasm for power and the desire to be part of the energy transformation.Some experience, for example through internships, projects, and early working experience in renewable energy or power market analysis is a plus but not required.You are good at absorbing information and have strong reasoning and problem-solving skills. You are curious, open-minded, and take initiative. You can adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. You have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and cross-cultural teams.You are willing to spend time in the field.And you are able to relocate within the US over the course of the program (likely Boston, Houston, and Austin) Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
