Pay Rate: $17.30/hour

Part-Time Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (24 hours per week)

Are you driven to make a real impact in the lives of youth? Arc Broward’s School of Hire Program is looking for an energetic and compassionate Hire Education Associate to help young people overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and build brighter futures.

 About the Role: School of Hire Associate

• Drives students to various community sites during the school day. 
• Supports the students’ self-advocacy.
• Assists the ESE teacher in implementing lesson plans.
• Works directly with students to make progress on their goals.
• Supervises and provides coaching to students learning work skills at various business sites in the community

What are the requirements?

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of prior work experience supporting youth with disabilities.

• Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
