We’re looking for a Growth Manager who will drive profitable acquisition across affiliate partnerships and digital platforms (Reddit, Quora, Taboola, Snapchat, Twitter/X). You’ll own the pipeline end-to-end—sourcing and scaling affiliates while running data-driven UA experiments—to hit CAC/ROAS targets and unlock new growth.
What You'll Do 🎯
Manage and scale affiliates: source, qualify, negotiate, onboard, and optimize partnerships to ROI targets.
Run UA on key platforms: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (targeting, bids, budgets, creatives) with clear test roadmaps.
Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Finance to ensure clean tracking/attribution, strong creatives, and budget alignment.
Use data (CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, EPC) to diagnose issues, iterate quickly, and document playbooks and learnings.
Build predictable growth rhythms: structured outreach, experiment cadences, and concise weekly performance reporting.
What You'll Bring 💡
Proven experience delivering measurable ROI via affiliate partnerships and/or paid UA on at least one listed platform.
Strong understanding of experimentation design, tracking/attribution basics, and performance KPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for partner management and cross-functional alignment.
Demonstrated ability to turn around underperformance through structured, data-driven iteration.
Bonus: Mobile subscriptions/MMPs, affiliate networks/platforms, SQL or advanced Sheets, creative testing frameworks.
