Senior Platform Product Manager
About the Role
As a Senior Platform Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the evolution of our low/no code application builder platform. This role is not just about managing products, but about pioneering a new standard for application healthcare experiences across various systems and devices. The frameworks, tools, and capabilities you bring to market will power the next generation of public and behavioral health applications, giving our clients advanced abilities to improve health outcomes nationally. And your work will transform data into scalable & performant applications which connect to external systems, display interactive dashboards, & distill insights to customers / end users.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspire the evolution of our low/no code platform to empower users to build and customize robust, enterprise-grade software that significantly improves public health outcomes in communities
- Implement user-friendly data transformation tools that simplify complex processes, allowing platform authors to easily manipulate and integrate data
- Champion the mission to make data more accessible and actionable, contributing directly to improved health outcomes and more efficient public health operations
- Influence the overall product roadmap approach across the platform and product portfolio, in collaboration with stakeholders and executives.
- Define and execute a comprehensive release strategy for platform features, ensuring high adoption and ROI, with clear pathways for migration, upgrade, and deprecation plans.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on strategic impact, resource availability, and market demand, balancing short-term achievements with long-term vision.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product marketing to define go-to-market and new-product-introduction strategies for new features, ensuring clear communication of platform capabilities and benefits to enhance customer adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform supports high-level feature integration and meets the dynamic needs of our users.
- Use insights from market trends, customer feedback, strategic partnership, and direct user data to prioritize feature development, aligning product enhancements and operations with strategic business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in platform products - you should be able to share your experience on the entire lifecycle of a product, with demonstrated expertise in platform-driven product development
- Experience with developer-facing products (e.g. low / no-code builders, SDKs, API suites, developer tools, or similar technical products) within SaaS (or similar) environments
- Strong ability to identify problems, gather use case requirements, distill value propositions, define / iterate on a solution, and abstract them into scalable and reusable platform patterns
- Practiced at translating solutions into clear specifications and engaging with engineering partners to make effective tradeoff decisions
- Proficient in design and research best practices - you should be able to validate solutions, support cross functional team members, and distill insights into actionable plans.
- Proven success in leading complex product development and initiatives in a fast paced environment - you should be able to share specific examples of launching multi-faceted products and features to numerous customers, and communicating their outcomes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to drive, influence and guide complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with examples of aligning teams via clear vision
- Experience in healthcare (or similar complex domains) and highly regulated environments - working in a complex domain like healthcare or finance and ability to demonstrate understanding of interoperability requirements
- Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn, adapt, and apply new knowledge, technologies, and frameworks to drive product excellence across collaborators and teams
- Agile and scrum - be familiar with and able to use and adapt these methodologies as appropriate
- BS/BA in a relevant field - Computer Science or engineering is always helpful but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience migrating mission-critical products onto a new architecture
- Experience as a consultant or similar stakeholder facing role

Compensation Disclosure
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $145,000 – $160,000 in the Los Angeles market. Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and may include additional components such as performance bonuses, stock options, and benefits.
