We are hiring a Guest Services Manager for our New York City headquarters which has recently undergone a state-of-the-art renovation. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills, professional acumen, and a passion for curating a premier guest experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Greystone guest experience including tracking, security and welcome for all external guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls from the Company’s main line.
- Schedule and maintain conference room calendars.
- Provide food and beverage service during executive meetings as requested (includes setup, serving, tear down and clean up).
- Work closely with C-suite and administrative staff to ensure all preferences and special requests are accommodated.
- Provide anticipatory service with a positive and timely response to all requests.
- Uphold a high-end luxury, warm, and welcoming standard at all times.
- Coordinate with external firms to provide additional support for larger or simultaneous meetings.
- Track and reconcile hours, approve, and submit invoices for staffing firm in a timely manner.
- Update training manual as needed.
- Ensure kitchens are well stocked with items used specifically for F&B service.
- Vendor management: ensure consistent high quality of products and services offered at Greystone.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- 5 or more years of relevant experience. Some fine dining or catering experience is preferred.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and care when interacting with guests and employees.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, or other similar scheduling systems.
- Openness and adaptability with change of plans.
- Ability to manage food and beverage services for multiple meetings simultaneously.
- Flexible to work early mornings and late evenings if required.
- Ability to handle sensitive meeting information with discretion and professionalism.
- True passion for luxury service, hospitality, innovation, and creativity.

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
