Part-Time Shuttle Driver – Capital Ford of Hillsborough

Capital Ford of Hillsborough is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that helps keep our service experience smooth and stress-free—transporting customers safely and comfortably to and from our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and other designated locations.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and courteous experience for all passengers.
• Follow scheduled routes and maintain timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Plan efficient routes to optimize travel time.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Track and report fuel usage and vehicle mileage.
• Assist customers as needed and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL may be required depending on shuttle size.
• Prior experience as a shuttle driver, chauffeur, or in a customer service role is a plus.
• Strong time management and navigational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
