What You Will Be Doing:

As a Rental Key Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and high-quality rental experience for our key customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately assessing client needs, coordinating internally across branches, and executing rental processes with precision and efficiency. You will serve as the central point of contact between Key Account Representatives and branch locations, ensuring strong internal alignment that supports exceptional external service delivery. In this role, you are expected to foster accountability, maintain open communication, and proactively manage customer interactions. You will be responsible for checking equipment availability, coordinating with the service department to schedule maintenance, and ensuring all commitments are met on time. As an administrator of rental agreements, you will manage contract documentation through RentalMan, accurately tracking rental in and out dates, and ensuring that all records are maintained to the highest standard. You will be expected to handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and strengthen customer relationships. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess customer rental needs to provide tailored, high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, calls, and transactions. 
  • Serve as liaison between Key Account Representatives and branch teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners to drive consistency and accountability across departments.
  • Coordinate equipment availability and maintenance schedules with service departments to meet customer deadlines.
  • Administer rental agreements using RentalMan, including tracking rental periods and documentation compliance.
  • Provide "On Rents" weekly reports to Key Account Customers. Proactively communicate with the customer about units close to call off dates as identified by the Key Account Manager. 
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, offering viable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support ongoing process improvements to optimize the customer experience and rental lifecycle.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have a strong mechanical aptitude and prior supervisory experience. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to provide direction and instruction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
