Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • Proficient in MS Office, internet, and general computer use
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and performance assessment
  • Able to read and understand work-related documents
  • Excellent customer service, multitasking, and time management
  • Broad vehicle knowledge
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Business preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in automotive management and 3 years in sales required

 Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

  • Sets and communicates monthly sales goals; forecasts and tracks performance
  • Develops and oversees prospecting programs, advertising, and promotions
  • Tracks leads and stays informed on business activity to support timely customer service
  • Ensures compliance with all vehicle sales regulations
  • Recruits, trains, motivates, and monitors sales team performance
  • Leads regular sales training meetings
  • Keeps sales team informed of new inventory
  • Oversees sales operations, enforces policies, and supports deal closing
  • Appraises trade-in vehicles per established standards
  • Perform additional duties as needed
