Danfoss is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Engineering Student to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers on behalf of the company with focus on Technical Support. You will ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Provide Technical support (Phone and email) on customer’s doubts, troubleshooting and product selection
- Creation and follow-up on product quality complaints
- Product, Customers and Supplier registration
- Identify issues on current internal processes and propose improvements
- Regular follow-up on critical spare parts safety stock
- Run special projects assigned by your direct manager

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Studying Engineering: Mechatronics / Electrical / Automation / Mechanical
- English level: High-Intermediate to Advanced
- Organized, numerate, computer-literate, team player
- Skilled in electronics and PLC programming is an advantage.
