Job Description:

We are very excited to offer a highly sought-after, Associate Nurse Unit Manager role, that will be a part of our incredible team at Epworth Geelong! This is a part time (30.4 hours) position and applications are invited from experienced, passionate and highly motivated Registered Nurses.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our surgical ward at Geelong which specialises in breast and endocrine, ENT, neurosurgery, plastics, vascular, hepatobiliary, colorectal, upper and lower GI, bariatric weight loss surgery, dental and ophthalmology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership as an ANUM within our 5 East surgical ward. Demonstrating a strong, supportive, collaborative and engaging style, you must be passionate about patient centred care, grounded in high quality clinical outcomes. In turn you will be supported by a great team and provided with the opportunity to increase your knowledge through extensive educational programs and opportunities.

You will make an impact by:

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager - 5 East, you will bring expert clinical knowledge, innovative management skills and an ability to lead collaborative change in this highly respected speciality area.

  • Relevant Graduate/Post Graduate qualification
  • Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
  • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

The annual salary range for a full time ANUM – AUD $115,678.68 - $119,579.20 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
